Added new WLIMS (King and Schneider) and WHIMS (Dobby and Finch) magnetic separator models
Added option to select arbitrary ball mesh size intervals for AG/SAG Mill (Variable Rates) model
Added option to select alternative internal mesh series for Crusher (Whiten)
New Dynamic Grinding Example project showcases dynamic simulation of ball and stirred mill circuits
