SurveyFit
Overview
Met Dynamics SurveyFit is a parameter estimation tool for calibrating steady-state process simulation models against plant survey data. The software integrates directly with SysCAD flowsheet simulations and automatically adjusts model parameters so that simulated results reproduce measured plant data.
SurveyFit is designed primarily for calibration of mineral processing circuits such as crushing, grinding, classification, flotation, and other beneficiation processes. When used together with the Met Dynamics Models library, parameter estimation can be applied across complete mineral processing flowsheets including both comminution and downstream beneficiation processes.
SurveyFit forms part of the broader Met Dynamics modelling ecosystem and integrates directly with SysCAD process simulation models.

SurveyFit is intended for calibration of steady-state process flowsheets using plant survey data. In mineral processing applications this commonly includes circuits such as crushing and grinding circuits, flotation circuits, gravity concentration systems, dense medium separation circuits, and other beneficiation flowsheets.
Because SurveyFit operates directly on SysCAD flowsheet models, the same approach can also be applied to a wider range of process simulations including hydrometallurgical circuits, pyrometallurgical processing systems, chemical refining processes, and other metallurgical or chemical flowsheets.
