Whilst Met Dynamics Pty. Ltd. (the “Company”) has used all due care and skill in preparing the advice, recommendations, or opinions (advice) based upon its experience and expertise in the field of mineral processing simulation and the information provided to it:

• The Company is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information provided to it nor for any errors, inaccuracies or misdescriptions in the advice arising from any inaccuracy in the information provided.
• The Company is not responsible for the use or implementation of the advice.
• The Company has prepared the advice at the request of the specified recipient of the advice, and the Company is not responsible in any way for reliance placed upon the advice by any third party.
• Prior to taking any action based on the advice provided by the Company, it is strongly recommended that all circumstances pertaining to such advice are fully considered and investigated as such action is undertaken at a party’s own risk.

To the extent permitted by law:

• The Client recognizes that the work described is of a developmental nature and includes large elements of a research nature and as such results are not guaranteed or subject to any warranty.
• The Client accepts the nature of the work and the Client has sole liability in relation to the use of any results.
